KEEP IT CLEAN!

Hehe, first an ODST themed Christmas tree, and now a blanket? Yes, I am obsessed.

My fiance Mike said he wanted a Halo blanket, but because there is absolutely no licensed Halo fleece to be found(wtf Micro$oft?!), I told him I could just applique a design into the fleece. He couldn’t decide whether he wanted a blanket with the Halo 3 Legendary symbol, or one with the ODST Superintendent. I suggested Vergil since he’s so cute, and he would be considerably easier to cut out and sew onto the fabric; also, who could resist the “Keep it Clean” logo?

Phew, I am so worn out after this Christmas season!  Between making fleece blankets for my boyfriend’s family members, baking atleast 12 dozen cookies, helping with Christmas dinner, and stressing about Christmas gifts, I didn’t think I was going to survive! -__-;

But, I did, and I’m here to report on the awesome loot I received this year. I have Mike’s wonderful family to thank for spoiling me like I was their own, and I have Mike to thank for making me the happiest, most blessed girl on earth this Christmas. I didn’t get a ton of presents, but what I got is definitely amazing.

ODST Themed Christmas Tree

I meant to post this a few days before Christmas, but I was way too busy, and lost track of time, again…>.<

Anyways, I decided to change the theme of our little 3ft tree we have for our room. Last year I had a Forerunner theme, complete with white LED lights, teal/purple Christmas balls, silver garland, and a Cortana figure on top! Well this year I felt it was appropriate to do an ODST theme. I also decided that I had to do Christmas balls with the Superintendent on them, and it just went from there…

This is so cool! I have the totally amazing love of my life to thank for setting this up for me. Thank you so much Mike, you never cease to amaze me. <3

Anyways, don’t expect a HUGE rush of things to be added just yet, I’m still getting used to the whole WordPress thing. But, there will be a decent amount of weekly updates, plus some cosplay progress and other project announcements/progress that probably won’t be posted on my other sites.

So yeah, that’s about it for now.
